Complaints
ABC Health Clinic has a policy and procedure for written complaints.
If you wish to raise a formal written complaint, please send us an email to contact@abchealthclinic.co.uk.
We aim to acknowledge all formal written complaints within two working days and respond to all formal written complaints within five working days.
If you are dissatisfied with the resolution to a formal written complaint, please contact the General Pharmaceutical Council.
Return Policy
For safety reasons, we cannot allow medicines to be returned once they have left the pharmacy. As we have to dispose of returned medication, we are not able to process refunds on medicines.
